what is 2in1 cloutank M3 ?

They are dry herb/wax atomizers. Nothing to do with vaporizing nicotine but Cloupor (the cloutank manufacturer) does make an e-liquid tank as well. I haven't had the opportunity to try one out though.

some guy try the cloutank c1 for e liquid,not good enough,it's top coil heating system....

yeah i also faced the same problem with the coil. its not that good. But okay to use
